• Provide technical support to customer about service enquiries and day to day support on all issues and requests related to the system and the services, including operation support, technical advice, problem resolution, escalation, incident management, problem management and security management via telephonic/web/email/fax enquiries.
• Logging of service calls and documentation of all user requests and incident/problem resolutions.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• 1 year working experience in related fields (Software Application & Helpdesk Support) or equivalent.
• Good understanding on computers and network.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skill both oral and written

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and create complex enterprise, data, or application system in terms of software development
Responsibility :
Develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Participates in development of software user manuals.
Requirements :
Have Experience < 2 years. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply for Junior position
Good knowledge in Java Web Development (preferably JSF and PrimeFaces)
University Diploma / Bachelor with majoring in computer science or information technology or any major that relevant
Excellent application system design and development skills
Willingness to travel
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts / software technologies as needs arise
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
